About Andrew Tatman
Get to know Andrew Tatman
Andrew Tatman received his Bachelor of Music in Tuba Performance in 2017 and is currently completing his Master of Music in Music Theory, both from Ohio University. While at Ohio U, Andrew was a Graduate. Teaching Assistant where he taught private lessons as well as a course in music theory aural skills. He has also participated in a wide array of ensembles including the Wind Symphony, Symphony Orchestra, Graduate Brass Quintet, African Ensemble, and many more. This included a performance with the Wind Symphony at New York’s Carnegie Hall in 2017 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Ohio University School of Music. Andrew has experience teaching all low brass instruments at various levels as well as teaching music theory. As a native of Northeast Ohio, he is currently a freelance performer and educator in the area and throughout the state of Ohio.
