Performance Experience: Gigged in multiple venues across southern California both in a band as well as solo performances. Currently part of a Jazz Quartet that performs locally within the Riverside area. I am also the main pianist for my church playing almost every weekend with the praise team.
Teaching Experience: I have taught piano and saxophone for just under 2 years teaching all kind of genres to all different types of ages.
Teaching Philosophy: Music is more than just black dots on a page. Music is more than a feeling. Music is more than a groove. Music is a language and if you can understand that language, you can speak through your instrument and learn to speak a universal language that everyone can understand.

Hello. My name is Brad Calubid. I am a 22 year old (M) musician with a passion in performing as well as teaching. I play Saxophone and Piano and I love to play and teach all different genres of music but I specialize in Jazz and Classical. I started my musical journey from a young age and have been in love with it ever since. Music is more than notes and rhythms. Music is a language and I hope that as we go through your musical journey together, you learn not just how to play your instrument, but how to speak the language of music and say what you want to say.
