About Caleb

Music has been a part of my life ever since early childhood.  I began piano lessons as a form of music therapy in elementary school, which would open many doors for me. Growing up, I have taken piano lessons with various intrstuctors, including studio lesson from locally renowned pianist Cheryl Dietmeyer. Furthermore, as a Piano Performance and Pedagogy major, I have been blessed with the opportunity to hone in and refine my musical abilities under the instruction of Dr. Jerico Vasquez of Shorter University. I have performed in various colleigate seminars, recitals, and competitions using works from composers such as Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy, Mozart, and Sibelius. In addition to these works, I have had experience performing contemporary worship music for various churches and congregations. As a colleigate student, I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to teach several children and other collegiate students in beginning piano classes. I enjoy working with students of all ages, especially those who are at beginning and intermediate levels.
