Teaching Philosophy: As an educator, I want to help my students learn music beyond the mechanics of their chosen instrument. I include music history, theory, performance etiquette and other topics that help each student beyond the lesson studio. I help my students to create goals to foster an environment that allows them to take a lead on their own learning. In my lessons, I ask my students lots of questions to get them to analyze their own playing and to help them to navigate possible solutions.
