About Christian Talac

Christian is a local touring and studio musician, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, composer, audio engineer, producer, and educator. He has over 16 years playing and teaching experience, and is well versed in music performance and theory on many instruments including Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Drum Set, Concert/Marching Percussion, Bass, Mandolin, and Ukulele. He has performed at many types of events including large music festivals with rock bands, marching contests with full marching bands, quartets in small jazz clubs, full orchestras, and everywhere in between. He has studied with and attended masterclasses with many master musicians and educators from all over the world on many various instruments to learn both how to play and educate better. A couple of the more notable musicians he’s studied with or attended masterclasses with would be Guitarists Derek Trucks(Allman Bros and Tedeschi Trucks Band) and Dani Rabin(Marbin) and Drummers Stanley Randolph(Stevie Wonder) and Steve Smith(Journey). He loves all aspects of music and would love to help you get started on your own musical journey, or take it to the next level from where you are now. Whether you are trying to tackle a tough song you like, expanding your musical palette to include other genres, learning new techniques on your instrument, or finally diving into the theory side of music, he is ready and excited to help.
