Dan Martin is a trumpet and brass teacher who works with beginner to advanced students, helping them build confidence and strong technical foundations in a supportive learning environment. His lessons focus on tone production, breath support, brass technique, and developing a deeper understanding of the instrument while exploring styles such as classical, jazz, brass ensemble, orchestral, and band music. Dan personalizes each lesson based on the student’s goals, feedback, and upcoming performances, encouraging steady growth whether students are preparing for auditions, school ensembles, performances, or simply playing for enjoyment. Dan holds a B.A. in Music and Arts from Monmouth University and has years of experience performing in bands, orchestras, and small ensembles.
