About Daniel Rosson

Get to know Daniel Rosson
Daniel Rosson is a Bassoonist, Bassist, and Clarinetist from Parker, Colorado. Currently, he is attending The University of Denver to get his undergraduate degree in Bassoon Performance and Pedagogy. His teachers include renowned Bassoon teach Martin Kuuskmann and Leonid Grin, a pupil of the legendary Leonard Bernstein. He has performed in music festivals such as the Tanglewood festival in Massachusetts and The Pärnu music festival in Estonia. He has appeared in international masterclasses with members of the Boston Symphony and BBC Symphony Orchestras. He currently plays locally with groups such as the Symphony of the Rockies, the Colorado Wind Ensemble, and Denver Municipal Band. Daniel loves teaching music and sharing the kindness that was shown to him by his instructors with others. Long-term Daniel wants to pursue a career as an orchestral conductor.
