Mr. David Moore IV is originally from Franklin Louisiana. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Southern University and a Master's in Music Education from University of Florida. He is a two time Grammy nominated music educator. He is also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity inc. and Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Band Fraternity inc. He has over 30 years of experience in music study, performance, and teaching.
