Get to know David Mulford
I was introduced to music at eight years old by my dear Mom, who bought a cheesy home organ for our house. I figured out the basics of how to play it without any lessons, after teaching myself “Scotland The Brave” (go figure…) and other songs by ear. At age 10 my brother Bobby gave me an old Sears archtop acoustic guitar in terrible shape, and I figured guitar out without lessons, copying songs that I heard on my Mom’s favorite Blues, Soul, and R&B radio stations coming out of New York City.
Instructs: Electric and Acoustic Guitars, Slide Guitar, Lap Steel Guitar, Bass Guitar, Banjo, Dobro, Mandolin, Harmonica, Ukulele.
