Get to know Dro Jaramillo
Dro Jaramillo teaches beginner to advanced guitar, beginner to intermediate bass and ukulele, and beginner violin, viola, cello, and upright bass. His upbeat, personalized lessons combine warm-ups, technique, theory, improvisation, songwriting, and clear practice goals. Dro teaches blues, rock, classical, world music, country, and R&B while helping students build confidence and enjoy making music. He supports goals including recitals, auditions, recording projects, open mics, and playing with others. Dro holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University with minors in Music, Communication, and Psychology, has taught music for three years, and has performed in bands while serving in the U.S. Air Force.
