About Emily Carcano

Emily Carcano is a flute, clarinet, and saxophone teacher who works with students of all experience levels, from absolute beginners to advancing musicians. She creates energetic, student-focused lessons that use favorite songs and ensemble music to build technique, musicality, sight-reading, and confidence. Emily encourages students to take an active role in lessons, using music theory and practical practice strategies to help them become independent, successful musicians. Whether preparing for auditions, solos, school band music, or personal goals, students are supported in a fun and engaging environment. Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Stephen F. Austin State University and is currently completing her master’s degree at Temple University.
