About Emily Ivany

I discovered my love of music when I was about 10 years old. I self taught myself the basics and was dedicated to practicing until I was able to take lessons. My teacher was so inspiring and I would love to give other aspiring musicians the same great experience. I have been playing the piano for about 11 years now and in that time I have taken lessons with two different instructors. After taking lessons I was able to discover my own style as a musician and take on a few students of my own. I have a passion for learning new instruments, singing and songwriting. My strength is in contemporary style music but I have been trained in classical and jazz as well. Learning an instrument should be fun for all ages and everyone goes at their own pace to reach their goals. I’m excited to help you reach your musical goals!
