Performance Experience: Most recently I played electric guitar in my church band. Previous to that plenty of private performance for family and friends. When I was younger, I played in local rock bands.
Teaching Experience: I have been a teacher with Music & Arts since 2017. Before that I was teaching guitar through another venue since 2015.
Teaching Philosophy: My goal is to help the student learn music and to love it as a vehicle of self expression and joy, and to be a blessing to others.
Get to know Gregory Burns
I have played guitar for most of my life, starting when I was 13 years old. I started playing the violin when I was in my early 20's and continued with a professional teacher for several years. I studied music in college for awhile, so I can read music and I know a fair amount about how music works.
