About Hallie Garcia-Smith

Music has always been at the heart of Hallie’s life. She began her musical journey as a piano student at Music & Arts, where she discovered a lifelong passion for music. She later earned an Associate of Arts degree in Music and has dedicated much of her musical career to serving through ministry.

Hallie has enjoyed playing piano for nursing homes, accompanying worship services, and supporting children’s music programs at her church. These experiences have strengthened her love for sharing music with others and inspired her passion for teaching.

With more than 10 years of piano teaching experience, Hallie works with students of all ages and skill levels. Her lessons provide a strong musical foundation through technique, theory, music history, and a variety of musical styles, while also incorporating songs that inspire and motivate each student. She believes learning should be both structured and enjoyable, helping students build confidence as they grow.

In addition to teaching piano, Hallie has over a decade of classroom teaching experience in both public and private schools across multiple subjects. Whether a student is learning for personal enjoyment, church ministry, or future musical goals, Hallie is committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where every student can develop a lifelong love of music.
