About Isabel Lee

Isabel Lee is currently studying at the University of Maryland, College Park working on her B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice in addition to her minor in Music Performance under the direction of Chris Gekker. In high school, Isabel not only played alongside the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra but also sat as the assistant principal trumpet in the Peabody Preparatory Youth Orchestra. Currently, Isabel has been playing at the University of Maryland Wind Ensemble under the direction of Andrea Brown. Isabel has been playing the trumpet for 12 years and has 4 years of experience teaching elementary and high-schoolers. Isabel ensures all her students reach their full potential, whether that be growing their passion for music or passing auditions to play in the band or orchestra of their dreams! Besides playing trumpet, Isabel is currently preparing for the LSAT and spending her other various free time engaging in other arts, like painting, rug making, and graphic design.
