About Jameson White

I was born and raised in Northeastern North Carolina.  I received my Bachelor’s degree in Music from East Carolina and my Master’s degree in Music from Anderson University.  I am currently working on my Doctorate of Music Education degree at Liberty University.  I have been a Professional Music Educator for thirteen years.  As an educator, I have served as a Band Director, Orchestra Director, Choir Director, General Music Teacher, and College Professor.  I have served nine of those years in the Public, Charter, and Private School systems.  I have served as a College Music Instructor for three years. I have been a saxophonist for 25 years of my life and have performed with multiple groups and artists from all styles of music. Classical, jazz, blues, R&B, gospel, neo-soul, contemporary, theatre and pop music are just a few of the many styles that I currently perform.  I have also performed in many venues ranging from New York City all the way down to Florida and as far west as Texas.
