About Jamie Cartright
Get to know Jamie Cartright
Jamie Cartright brings over a decade of musical experience with her performances with Moon River Opera and chorus work at Palm Beach Opera and Orlando Opera. Her international experience began in the Caribbean where she sang regularly with the Holy Trinity Philharmonic Orchestra and performed over ten recitals in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and the United States. As a music teacher and clinician, Ms. Cartright has worked with over 900 singers internationally, from Haiti’s summer music camps to coaching choirs in both Port-au-Prince and Savannah.
Currently, Ms. Cartright serves as a staff singer at Christ Church Episcopal in Savannah, Georgia, as a professional choral singer in other local churches and synagogues, and as a private voice teacher both virtually and in person. She is a graduate of Stetson University and is earning her master’s degree in voice performance from Georgia Southern University.
