About Jared Berg

I started pursuing music in 6th grade where I joined percussion and began to fall in love with it. I went on to play for the Arlington Lamar High school band which enhanced my interest in music. My passion for drum set really took off as I was in the jazz band and marching band for bass drum. Genres like jazz, latin, funk, jazz prog, etc. where exposed to me and really helped me develop my skill in being versatile with other musicians. 

I'm currently a student and Tarrant County College and plan on transferring to TCU for my Master's in Music Education with an emphasis in percussion.  

My dream is to spread my love for drumming to others and continue to inspire the future generations to unlock their abilities in music. Can't wait to teach you!
