About Jason Jackson

Jason Jackson is a saxophone teacher who works with students of all levels, combining strong technical instruction with an engaging, music-first approach. His lessons focus on tone, air support, embouchure, technique, and practical musicianship while helping students apply those skills through the music they want to play. Jason believes confidence comes from real progress, guiding students to become independent musicians who can practice effectively and solve musical challenges on their own. Whether preparing for jazz band, auditions, recitals, college programs, or personal enjoyment, he creates a personalized plan to help each student reach their goals. Jason holds two music degrees, including one from Berklee College of Music, studied with Grammy Award-winning saxophonist Eric Marienthal, and has performed internationally as a top 20 Billboard-charting recording artist.
