Get to know Jeff Meyer
Jeff Meyer teaches brass lessons at Music and Arts. He is the Band Director at North Garner Middle School in Garner, NC. Since moving to Garner, he has performed with the Triangle Brass Band, the Durham Symphony Orchestra, and the NC State University commencement brass. He holds degrees in Tuba Performance and Instrumental Conducting from the Eastman School of Music, Kent State University, and the Cleveland Institute of Music. He has taught all levels, from beginner to pre-professional, child to adult, and he has served on various college faculties as band director and brass instructor, and performed with professional orchestras in the US and Mexico.
