Education: Conservitory style training with Frank Izzo an arranger for the big bands of the 40s. I studied music theory all through my youth, and composition at Suffolk Community College. Jazz instruction with Wes Bellcamp and Tom Romono.

Performance Experience: By the time I was 18 years old I was playing piano for my father's wedding band , The Long Island Sound. My next gig was with Spectrum Music a Local 802 Musicians union band., I have spent decades playing local venues and vineyards and was booked solid with my duo 200 gigs a year until 2020 and continue playing at local eaterys until today. Teaching Philosophy: Studying music should be fun, rewarding, and challenging simultaneously. A solid foundation of music study lasts a lifetime. Most people I have spoken with say their biggest regret is not sticking with their instrument.
