Get to know Julia Peterzen
I am a collaborative pianist, accompanying choirs, soloists, and ensembles. I have taught private piano, accompanied in recitals, competitions, and concert performances even before earning a B.A. in K-12 vocal music education in 1986. . . and have been teaching ever since! As a vocalist and clarinetist as well, I have performed in and directed K-12 fine arts programs, choirs, and instrumental groups. In addition, my M.A. in speech-language pathology informs my teaching with child developmental/learning milestones in mind.
Students of all ages learn quickly with performance-tested keys teaching "under my belt”.
My students of all experience levels have hit their target goals from scales to sonatas or chord chart gigging!
