About Julian Mabee

Julian Mabee is a violin, viola, and cello teacher who works with beginner to advanced students in a supportive and motivating environment. His lessons combine progressively challenging material with a strong technical foundation while allowing students to explore music they genuinely enjoy, including classical, pop, and country fiddle styles. Julian believes students grow best when they feel inspired and personally connected to the music they play, encouraging confidence and self-motivation rather than pressure. Lessons are tailored to each student’s interests and goals, whether preparing for school concerts, auditions, recitals, or personal projects like movie and video game music. Julian is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Music Education with a focus on viola at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
