About Kevin Balzano

Hello, my name is Kevin Balzano. I'm a Musicians Institute Guitar Program Graduate Class of 2010. Since graduation I've spent the last 10 years teaching guitar and coordinating music programs. I'm capable of teaching any musical style from classical to heavy metal. My specialty would have to be shred guitar but all types of music are welcome. I've been trained in many different guitar techniques and I also have a great knowledge of music theory. I'm experienced at teaching all age ranges from little kids to adults and I still run a Y-Kids program at the YMCA to this day. I've had tons of experience playing in bands, performing in live shows, doing studio work, and also going on tours. I enjoy and love all things related to music. I've always enjoyed teaching and sharing my musical knowledge with my students.
