About Kyler Baxter

Kyler Baxter teaches beginner to advanced guitar, bass, ukulele, and voice, and beginner to intermediate piano and drums. His patient, flexible, and creative lessons balance technique, musicianship, and enjoyment while adapting to each student's pace, interests, and goals. Students can explore rock, pop, and country while developing improvisation and songwriting. Kyler emphasizes enjoyment and consistent practice and encourages students to become confident, thoughtful, and increasingly independent musicians. He supports preparation for recitals, auditions, and school music programs, as well as music-making for personal fulfillment. Kyler brings over 10 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Northern Colorado to his teaching.
