Get to know Lanie Lilly
Lanie Lilly started playing the piano at the age of 6. Growing up, she studied in the studio of Joanne Sayre from the Westminster area. When she reached high school, she studied privately with Dr. David Kreider, a professor from McDaniel College, and played in local masterclasses, repertoire classes, recitals, and competitions. Lanie holds an associate degree in chemical engineering from Carroll Community College, and is now a senior in her undergraduate degree in music at Towson University. She has taught piano for all ages since her senior year of high school, and has worked as a musician and music director at various churches since the age of 16.
