I emphasize fundamentals, creativity, and confidence, equipping students with performance skills and a love of learning. My goal is to foster discipline, collaboration, and the joy of music, guiding each student to grow as a musician and as a person.

Larry Reynolds is a seasoned music educator and brass specialist with over 15 years of experience. Passionate about teaching all brass instruments, Larry is skilled in guiding students from beginning fundamentals all the way to advanced techniques. He brings a wealth of hands-on expertise in both classroom settings and one-on-one instruction. Currently, he serves as the principal trombonist for the First Baptist Church at the Fields Orchestra, where his musical talents are a key part of the worship experience.

On a personal note, Larry has been happily married to his wife, Robbie, for over 35 years. They have two adult children, Luke and Lydia, and share their home with two beloved dachshunds, Gucci and Versace, who bring plenty of joy and character into their lives.
