About Linda Belden

Linda Belden teaches beginner to intermediate piano, beginner to advanced voice, and beginner ukulele, creating structured, personalized lessons that balance strong fundamentals with each student’s interests. Her practical, creative approach incorporates music reading, theory, composition, improvisation, and a variety of musical styles. Linda helps students develop skills they can enjoy throughout their lives while preparing for recitals, auditions, school programs, or simply making music for fun. She strives to make theory meaningful by connecting it directly to the music students are learning. Linda holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Music and has additional training in Orff Schulwerk and World Music Drumming.
