      Get to know Lydia Bujok

      Lydia is a piano teacher, composer, and performer who discovered her deep passion for music when she began taking piano lessons at 5 years old. Since being classically trained, she has performed in several contexts including as an accompanist for her high school choir and in piano competitions. Lydia has been recognized for her performance and teaching achievements by the New Jersey Music Teacher's Association and the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, where she studied music theory and pedagogy between 2016 and 2019. She began teaching in 2016 and since then has become involved in the Philadelphia music scene, most notably in her classical and contemporary performances around the Main Line area. When she is not teaching, Lydia enjoys sharing her love of music on social media, where she performs both self-composed and improvised contemporary, classical, pop, jazz, and R&B pieces for a live audience. She enjoys teaching students of all ages and skill levels, and is very excited to welcome you into her studio!
