Get to know Mary Taylor
Hi, my name is Mary Taylor.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree at UW-Superior.
I majored in K-3 Education and Music. My major instrument was piano. I earned my Masters degree in Education at Marian College in Fond Du Lac, WI.
While I taught General Music in five schools I also had a piano studio in Antigo, Wi. I enjoy teaching piano to all ages.
I chose to teach music because I love music and hope to encourage others to learn about music. I thank my mother for making me practice the piano. I thank my father for sitting with me in the living room while I practiced. I have had many positive experiences while engaged in music. I believe music can help us focus, improve our mood, reduce anxiety and improve our quality of life.
