About Max Krause

Max Krause teaches beginner to expert trumpet and beginner to intermediate French horn, trombone, euphonium, and tuba. His encouraging, personalized lessons identify each student’s strengths and challenges while developing strong fundamentals, technique, and effective practice habits. Max draws from wind band, orchestral, and solo performance experience, helping students explore repertoire and prepare for school ensembles, Region Band, and college auditions. He creates a positive, supportive environment where students can build confidence and enjoy making music. Max holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of Houston, is a certified teacher, and has four years of private teaching experience.
