Get to know Micah Zwern
Micah has been surrounded by classical, jazz, blues, and rock music from a young age. He started as a violinist at the of age 5, switched to guitar began at age 11, and has been playing professionally for the past 48 years.
He has studied under private teachers like Leon Atkinson for classical guitar and Howard Morgan for jazz. Micah has worked as a live and studio musician for multiple recording artists and studio albums. He has been teaching for 20 years and his students have been accepted into fine arts programs such as Booker T. Washington HSPVA, Berklee College of Music, and The Julliard School. He was also a specialist with Apple for 16 years.
