Teaching Philosophy: I love teaching music. I select age appropriate music for lessons. Teaching in the classical style enables students to perform any type of music literature. Private lessons give the student the ability to move at their own pace. I encourage all to achieve the highest level of proficiency

Get to know Michael Berwanger

I am a retired Baltimore County public school teacher holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education thru Towson University.  As a violinist/violist I have an Advanced Professional Certificate thru Balto. Co. Public Schools with a Master’s equivalency and 90 credits toward a doctoral program.  I have prepared many students for music festivals, all state auditions and performances.
