About Michael Patsos

My name is Michael Patsos and I am a Professional Bassist. I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelors Performance. I started playing Guitar at the age of 9 years old, then in middle school I picked up Tuba and Upright Bass. I have a big passion for the bottom end of music. I played in the Jazz bands at my school and even played at a community college for 2 years in their wind and jazz programs. I enjoyed learning new music everyday and challenging my reading abilities as much as I could. When I got into Berklee I was very eager to play and learn everything I could about music. I studied with amazing musicians and spent a lot of time learning how they perceive music. I recently recorded a whole album with my band remotely during the pandemic. There are countless possibilities to make and consume music in this day and age.
