About Michael Stadnicki

Hello!  Thank you for considering lessons on your brass instrument with me.  My name is Mike, and I've been a public school teacher and private studio music teacher of all ages for the last 15 years.  Horn is considered to be my primary instrument.  I have been studying and performing the horn for longer than I can remember!  While I believe each methodology of teaching music has its strengths, my educational philosophy is rooted in Ed Gordon's Music Learning Theory.  I enjoy performing in local community groups such as Rose Tree Pops, Rose Valley Chorus and Orchestra, Orchestral Society of Philadelphia, and various pit orchestras throughout the region.  Besides teaching and performing music, you may find me on stage for local musical theater productions, enjoying some Dunkin', swimming some laps, or going for a walk with my rescued dog, Pac-Man.  I look forward to helping you progress on your instrument!
