I believe music is learned through guided hands-on experiences where students can explore and find their own sound. Another important factor to music teaching is choice. When in a lesson with me, you will have the opportunity to pick the songs you want to learn. Even with the most difficult song you've heard, success can be found.

Hello, my name is Mr. D and I am an alumni of The Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam! I've been teaching private lessons since 2020 and general music in public schools since 2024. When teaching private lessons, my goal is to get you making music on day one. Whether you want play songs you already know or expand your music taste, we can make that happen!
