About Milton Taylor

Milton Taylor is a piano teacher who works with students ages five through adult, guiding beginner to advanced pianists in a supportive and encouraging environment. His lessons are personalized to each student’s abilities, interests, and goals while helping students build confidence, fluency, and a positive connection to music. Milton believes music can strengthen self-esteem and personal growth, and he creates flexible lessons that support everything from recitals and talent shows to gigs and playing for enjoyment. Students are encouraged to grow at their own pace while developing strong musical and life skills through consistent progress and positive reinforcement. Milton has been a concert pianist and music educator for over 25 years and holds degrees in jazz, popular music studies, and music education.
