Nick Santangelo is a drums, percussion, and audio production teacher who helps beginner to advanced students build strong technical foundations through structured, goal-oriented lessons. His instruction emphasizes rudiments, snare drum technique, music reading, drum set independence, and practical musicianship while drawing from a wide range of styles including rock, metal, jazz, fusion, funk, and improvisational music. Nick believes consistency is the key to success and works to develop independent, confident musicians through focused practice habits and steady progress. Whether preparing for performances, ensemble work, school percussion programs, or personal growth on the drum set, students receive detailed and encouraging guidance. Nick brings over 20 years of playing experience, 15 years of touring and performing experience, and more than seven years of teaching experience.
