Get to know Patrick Ellington
I was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. My father, who is also a guitarist, allowed me to play his guitar starting at the age of nine. It wasn't love at first sight... I didn't seriously begin playing until the age of fourteen. At that time, I was listening to mostly classic rock which served as the foundation of my education on guitar.
During my college years, I began gigging and teaching professionally in my free time. After graduating with a degree in biology and working in the medical field for a number of years, I eventually found myself gigging and touring full time with my wife in our band, Lyn Avenue. We have been playing anywhere and everywhere we could since 2019 to present day.
