      About Peter Constantinou

      Peter Constantinou
      Peter Constantinou
      Music Teacher, Expert
      Location: Durham, NC
      Speaks: English
      Instructs: Music Theory, Piano
Education: BA in Fine Arts with a minor in Music
Performance Experience: Piano has always been more of a personal outlet for myself so performance has not been something that I typically pursue.
Teaching Experience: I have 6 years experience teaching piano
Teaching Philosophy: I believe student success is marked by their enthusiasm and joy for music which is my first priority as a piano teacher. I put an emphasis on practical theory and musical appreciation because I believe that these skills can be transferred to any genre or instrument outside of classical piano. I have a very nurturing and relaxed approach because I believe in building connections and a relationship with my students which allows them to be relaxed and their most musical self.
