Teaching Philosophy: I teach a bit differently than what most teachers teach. I look at learning an instrument as building a building. One would need to have a good foundation, making sure the basic structure of the building holds up before adding the walls, roof, flooring, etc. Same basic idea when it comes to learning a new skill such as a musical instrument. I look at tuning, hand placement, knowing note/tab's location on paper, really basic skills that needs to be mastered before doing anything more advanced.

A musician, singer-songwriter, and a promoter with a burning love for music. Ricky Munoz is a multi-instrumentalist with over 10 years of performance experience and over 3 years of teaching. He taught students of all ages, different background, and playing level from absolute beginners to advance players and everything in between. Ricky goes far and beyond what is expected for being a teacher. By helping students think more critically of how music revolves in the real world, using metaphors, and a positive mindset. One could say that it is never a dull moment with Ricky always giving 110% of pride and attention to detail into his lessons.
