Get to know Rita Illes
Rita Illes teaches violin and viola from beginner through advanced levels, as well as piano through the intermediate level. With more than 40 years of experience as a certified violin and viola teacher, she helps students build a strong musical foundation through technique, artistry, music reading, musicianship, and theory. Rita tailors lessons to each student’s strengths, interests, and goals while keeping the experience creative, encouraging, and enjoyable. She prepares students for recitals, solo and ensemble festivals, college auditions, school activities, and lifelong music-making as a hobby.
