Roland Bough is a Berklee-trained music educator dedicated to fostering a lifelong love of music in students of all ages and stages. He holds a Dual B.A. in Music Education and Music Production & Engineering from Berklee College of Music, a unique combination that allows him to teach both the artistic and craft of music.
Roland specializes in creating customized lessons that build confidence and technique, from first-time musicians to competition-winning ensembles. His teaching philosophy is rooted in creating inclusive and supportive learning environments for every student. This commitment is evident throughout his career, from his role as a Brass Specialist with the Blue Devils Performing Arts to founding the Positive Production Project™ for at-risk youth. Roland is passionate about helping each student discover their musical potential and is currently developing educational tools to bring his innovative teaching methods to an even wider audience.
