About Rodrigo Tarraza

Rodrigo Tarraza is a flute, saxophone, and clarinet teacher who works with beginner to advanced students, creating lessons that balance structure, technique, and enjoyment. He teaches classical and jazz styles while incorporating improvisation, music reading, and music theory to help students become confident, well-rounded musicians. Rodrigo believes in building skills gradually, designing individualized learning plans that challenge students without overwhelming them and allowing confidence to grow through steady progress. Whether preparing for recitals, auditions, school programs, or simply playing for enjoyment, students receive personalized guidance tailored to their goals. Rodrigo holds a Master’s Degree and a Soloist Diploma from the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, Netherlands.
