Get to know Rose Dockery
Rose Dockery teaches beginner to advanced flute, clarinet, and saxophone, creating fun, interactive lessons that build tone production, fingering, music reading, and musicality. Her instruction explores classical, chamber, solo, and popular music while allowing students to help select repertoire that keeps them engaged. Rose believes small successes at every lesson build confidence and a lasting enjoyment of music. She helps students strengthen fundamentals for school performances, recitals, or playing simply for pleasure. Rose holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Music Education, has Level I and II Orff certification, and brings 38 years of public school teaching experience.
