About Sean Sanchez

Sean’s love for music started at a young age with both creative writing and music being his two main drivers and passions. His Mom and Dad were playing in an oldies Rock Band when he was a teenager and it inspired him to take guitar lessons at 17 years old.

And he took to it like a fish to water. Often playing more than 4-6 hours a day, his learning curve was a straight vertical line for that first year. And he learned everything from guitar theory – (CAGED system), to music theory, to how to write his own songs, and ear training.

Sean took private lessons from his first 5 years and blossoms into being a musician in his 20’s. He played in cover bands all through out the early 90’s during the height of the Seattle Grunge Scene in the Los Angeles area. Then later in the early 2000’s he played in a family band with his parents and brother playing old spiritual songs from his Faith in which they modernized them with his brother running the drum machine. And Mom on Bass guitar and vocals and his dad on rhythm guitar and vocals as well.
