Shelby Brown teaches beginner to advanced drums, helping students develop strong technique, musicianship, creativity, and their own unique voice. His personalized lessons balance timing, coordination, reading, grooves, fills, improvisation, and musicality with music students enjoy playing. Shelby teaches rock, metal, jazz, funk, fusion, country, and world music while creating a supportive environment where students can experiment and grow with confidence. He prepares students for school programs, auditions, performances, bands, ensembles, or personal enjoyment. Shelby holds an Associate Degree in Music Performance from Music Tech in Minneapolis and brings extensive performance experience across many musical styles.
