About Stephen Klingman

Stephen Klingman teaches beginner to advanced guitar through individualized lessons built around each student's goals and favorite music. His instruction combines structured methods with playfulness, healthy technique, ear training, music theory, songwriting, and improvisation across rock, blues, R&B, pop, soul, reggae, funk, jazz, and other styles. Stephen believes every musical journey is unique and helps students develop the independence to turn their own ideas into music. He supports goals ranging from playing for family and friends to professional performance. Stephen has taught since 2019 and has toured nationally and internationally as a guitarist and bandleader.
