Get to know Sylvern Groomes
I am a trained performing artist in the DMV area. I graduated from Frostburg State University with a degree in Theatre and a minor in dance. I am currently working on my Masters of the arts in Education. I have worked all over the country performing Musical Theatre through studios, companies and tours such as The Kennedy Center and Virginia Repertory Theatre. I am super excited to be joining the Music and Arts team to work with all ages in piano and voice from elementary, middle and high school as well as adults. My goals are to teach techniques and help students grow as musical artists that can lead them to potential professional opportunities. Let's make music!
