Get to know Taylor Heap
Hi there! My name is Taylor Heap and I've played the clarinet since the 5th grade. I initially chose the instrument because it was light to carry, but I've come to love it for its sound and versatility. I have a Bachelor of Music degree in Clarinet Performance from the University of Redlands and a Master of Music from California State University, Fullerton. I served in the United States Marine Corps as a Marine Musician from 2018 to 2022 as well and I enjoyed all of the performance opportunities it had to offer! I love to teach students of music and I like to stay musically active in Orange County Community ensembles.
